Package Basic LLC
50€ for domestic clients / 80€ for foreign clients
The package includes:
- preparation of the founding act, APR application and OP form, carrying documentation in the APR
The package does not include:
- APR fee – 50€
- notarization costs – 10€ if there is only one founder and director speaks Serbian. Notary fees are higher for clients who does not speak Serbian, and there is required certified translator as well.

45€ for domestic clients / 60€ for foreign clients
The package includes:
- preparation of APR application and OP form, carrying documentation in APR
The package does not include:
- APR fee – €14
- costs of certification of the OP form – 3€ (for clients who speaks Serbian). For clients who does not speak Serbian costs are higher because of higher notary costs and required certified translator.
